Turndown Attendant
The Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is looking for a talented Part-Time Turndown Attendant. The Turndown Attendant role is an essential member of the Housekeeping team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
What you will do:
The Turndown Attendant position is responsible for providing a comfortable environment in the guest rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room and preparing the room for the guest to sleep in.
The Turndown Attendant will be required to clean 45 - 50 rooms per shift by removing used towels and replacing them with clean ones from the Linen Closet. Wipes down any wet services in the bathroom. Folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate area of the room.
The Turndown Attendant will also restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens.
Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absences or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Desk Attendant and House Attendant.
What you bring:
We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and problem solving skills. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position.
Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote teamwork.
Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
