Summary
We are seeking a skilled
Commercial HVAC Technician
to perform installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on a wide range of commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal system performance, minimize downtime, and deliver high-quality service across various commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency
Service equipment including rooftop units, chillers, air handlers, pumps, and VRF/VRV systems
Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Maintain accurate service records and reports
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing
EPA Certification
(required)
Solid understanding of HVAC safety xywuqvp standards and compliance
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with commercial HVAC systems preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Technical or HVAC certification is a plus

of experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance
