Full-Time Outside Day Porter
TamCare Services, established in 1994, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Outside Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of multiple commercial properties in Dania Beach, Florida. This position requires traveling between four (4) assigned locations throughout the workday and performing routine exterior cleaning, grounds maintenance, and porter services.
Key Responsibilities
Remove trash, debris, and tracked materials from property exteriors.
Break down and remove empty boxes.
Clean parking lots, walkways, and common outdoor areas.
Keep landscaping areas and parking areas free of trash and debris.
Maintain cleanliness of dumpster areas.
Clean storm drains and surrounding areas.
Ensure dumpster gates are properly closed at the end of each shift.
Report bulk trash, property damage, or safety issues to management.
Follow all company safety, reporting, and cleaning standards.
Requirements
Ability to travel between four (4) assigned locations during the workday.
Physically able to walk properties, bend, lift, and perform outdoor work.
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
Reliable attendance and strong time-management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Dependable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay:
$17.00 $18.00 per hour, based on experience and reliability.
Paid travel time between assigned locations.
Gas allowance provided.
