They should also hold a national/international reputation in the relevant research areas and have a proven leadership experience in academic medicine, with a history of mentorship and faculty development.

Applicants with experience leading complex multidisciplinary programs and those with a compelling vision for integrating clinical care, research, and education innovatively are preferred.

The expected salary range for the position is between $286,740 and $438,804, reflecting base pay, which is determined by faculty rank and tenure.
