Direct Hire & Full-Time

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Leading and developing a maintenance team in a fast-paced production environment
Driving preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime
Overseeing all maintenance operations, including PMs, repairs, and capital improvements
Supporting plant operations by ensuring equipment reliability and system efficiency
Managing utilities, process equipment, and facility systems
Ensuring compliance with safety standards, GMPs, and regulatory requirements
Using data and root cause analysis to proactively prevent failures
Partnering cross-functionally with operations, quality, and engineering teams
What We’re Looking For, Experience Required:
10+ years of maintenance leadership experience in food, ingredient, chemical, or process manufacturing
Background in manufacturing environments similar to Kerry, ADM, Nestlé, or other large-scale food/ingredient producers
Strong understanding of GMPs, food safety standards, and audit readiness
Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and controls systems within a xywuqvp production setting
Experience managing process equipment, utilities, and plant systems
Proven ability to lead teams, prioritize effectively, and drive results
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance floor presence and strategic planning
Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
