
Executive Administrator (CEO Support)

In this role, you will provide comprehensive executive administrative support to the President & CEO in partnership with the Senior Executive Administrator. This role will help ensure the efficient operation of the Office of the CEO through proactive coordination, effective communication, and strong attention to detail. The incumbent will handle a wide range of executive-level administrative tasks requiring a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
This position is hybrid.
NYC Salary Range - $90,000 - $95,000 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location.

Execute a broad range of support duties, including:
Proactively manage Outlook calendars, schedules and email
Prepare correspondence
Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, graphs, charts and other documents in adherence with corporate brand guidelines
Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets
Prepare timely expense reports
Arrange and manage detailed domestic and international travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, ensuring cost-effectiveness and management needs; and
Answer and screen telephone calls, responding to inquiries and escalating them as appropriate
Collaborate with executives to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
Manage all aspects of meetings, teleconferencing and videoconferencing support.
Provide support to internal committees.
Assist with preparing departmental budgets as requested.
Conduct ad hoc research and collect data as needed.
Organize events.
Organize and maintain electronic filing systems.
Liaise between executives and other department heads to ensure coordination and handling of issues and projects.
As a member of the Executive Operations team, provide periodic back-up support to colleagues, participate in team meetings, share knowledge and information, and ensure a consistently high level of service and support.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations and UNFCUs Code of Ethics & Business Conduct.
Associates degree, preferably in Business Administration or similar field
5+ years of experience supporting C-Suite leadership, preferably in financial services and/or not-for-profit sectors, with board support experience a plus
Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Professional preferred
Experience working with SAP Concur or other expense reporting platform
