* Estimated Weekly Pay: $4,020 - $4,680

* Employment Type: Locum Tenens / Per Diem CRNA
* Shift Duration: 8, 10, 12, or 24-hour in-house coverage available
* Variable Shifts: Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle
* Patient Encounters Per Shift: 4
* Department: 8 OR beds (operating room anesthesia provider role)
Qualifications / Job Requirements
* Current, valid CRNA certification (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist)
* Board Certified CRNA
* Minimum 1 year of CRNA clinical experience required
* Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
* Ability to provide general anesthesia for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients (trauma experience preferred)
* Preferred experience: spinal anesthesia, obstetrical anesthesia, neurosurgical cases, open heart anesthesia, complex orthopedic cases, pain management techniques, and transforaminal procedures
* Preferred skills: ventilation management, acute volume/BP management, central and arterial line placement, PA catheter placement
* Willingness to work as a per diem/locum tenens anesthesia provider in a community hospital setting
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures including general, orthopedic, OB, and neurosurgical cases
* Perform and manage general and spinal anesthesia; provide perioperative anesthesia management
* Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and perioperative teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
* Monitor and manage patients throughout the perioperative period, including induction, maintenance, emergence, and recovery
* Utilize advanced techniques in pain management, ventilation, and hemodynamic monitoring
* Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement; participate in CRNA supervision and team-based care
