Floor Technician - 10pm to 5am (approximately)
Pay Rate: $17.50/h
BASIC FUNCTION
Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking to hire Floor Technicians. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, stripping, scrubbing, and finishing all hard floors and corridors.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP
The Floor Technician reports to the Shift Manager or Team Lead and receives work assignments and work supervision from the same.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES
Strip, scrub, mop, finish, and buff all areas as scheduled.
Inspect and clean all corners by hand that power cleaning equipment cannot reach.
Remove floor drain inspection plates, and clean by hand when necessary.
Inspect for finish build-up and correct.
Report to the Cleaning Supervisor, areas he/she feels require a different maintenance schedule.
Inform the Cleaning Supervisor of any leaks, maintenance concerns, or unsafe conditions immediately.
Maintain all equipment in good condition.
Vacuum, and clean carpet areas as scheduled.
Other duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Must be able to carry, push and/or pull, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl.
Ability to work in hot, cold, and/or damp environments.
Reliable Transportation.
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS
Janitor/Cleaning experience is a plus.
* Knowledge in operating T-16, T-12, T-350
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
