$25$35 per hour (Based on Experience)

(1) Experienced HVAC Technician / Installer (Full-Time)
What Youll Do:
Diagnose and repair residential & light commercial HVAC systems
Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections
Communicate clearly with customers (no sales pressurejust honesty)
Provide repair and replacement recommendations when needed
Complete jobs and notes using Housecall Pro
Represent Air Headz professionally in the field
What Were Looking For:
4+ years HVAC service experience (preferred)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
EPA Certification (preferred)
Driver's License with a clean driving record
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
All hand tools, drill, gauges, etc.
Not a Fit If You:
Cut corners or guess on diagnostics
Cant communicate with customers professionally
Show up late or dont take pride in your work
Lies, steals, or cheats
Uses illegal substances

Able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
Comfortable handling customer complaints
Able to stand for duration of shift
Available to work: on call
Has (or willing to open) a checking account for direct deposit
Willing to travel in state
Preferred qualifications:
4+ years of experience in the construction industry
At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
