Landscape Estimator – Enhancements Division
Location: Phoenix, AZ
We are seeking an experienced
Landscape Estimator
to join our growing Enhancements Division in the Phoenix area. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Director of Enhancements and will play a key part in supporting and helping run the division.
Key Responsibilities:
Estimate and manage enhancement projects from pre-construction through startup
Develop accurate labor and material cost estimates
Review plans, layouts, and designs to ensure alignment with industry standards
Conduct onsite meetings to support smooth project kickoff
Follow up on proposals and maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
Manage purchasing and purchase orders (POs)
Track project progress, including pre-construction documentation and photos
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in landscape construction and installation
Strong knowledge of landscape installation practices and plant materials
Experience with estimating software (Aspire or similar preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint
Highly organized with strong communication and follow-up skills
Valid driver’s license required
