Job Description:
Our client is seeking a bilingual Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support across multiple departments, including operations, student services, and human resources. This individual will play a key role in supporting student registration, communicating with families, and maintaining accurate records. The position requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with student registration processes, including frequent interaction with Spanish-speaking families
Maintain and update student records, including special education and compliance documentation
Support administrative functions such as data entry, file management, and document tracking
Coordinate and maintain calendars, logs, and departmental records
Provide support for HR-related tasks such as employment verifications and onboarding documentation
Utilize internal systems to input and manage data (e.g., student information systems)
Help organize and support seasonal or annual programs and reporting requirements
Ensure records are properly archived and accessible when needed
Provide general administrative support across departments as needed

Qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
Prior experience in an educational setting is preferred
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to quickly learn new systems and software platforms
Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities

Additional Details:
Fully onsite role
Immediate start preferred
Contract role expected to last at least 2 months, with potential for extension
