
Administrative Assistant (Vancouver)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company based in the Vancouver, WA area. We are looking for a dedicated Contracts Operations Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will support high-volume administrative and operational processes related to client account changes, onboarding, and renewals. This is a detail-focused position ideal for someone who enjoys structured, task-driven work in a collaborative office environment.

Direct Hire (Permanent Position)
Hours/Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Initial onsite training with potential hybrid flexibility after training period
Compensation:
$26 – $28 per hour
Responsibilities:
Support high-volume administrative processing related to client account updates, onboarding, and renewals
Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems
Review and process requests with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
Communicate via email and internal messaging platforms as needed
Support ongoing workflow processes in a structured, deadline-driven environment
Assist with general operational and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, customer service, or similar roles
High attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Experience in structured, task-based roles preferred
