Our client is seeking a Freelance

HR Coordinator

to support daily human resources operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong administrative experience and advanced computer skills. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting HR processes, maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, tracking important data, and helping ensure smooth day‑to‑day administrative functions. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing high-volume tasks, handling sensitive information with confidentiality, and working efficiently across multiple systems.

Schedule & Location

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Fully onsite in Santa Fe Springs

Pay rate: $28‑30/hr.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day HR administrative operations

Maintain accurate employee records and documentation

Assist with onboarding coordination and related paperwork

Track HR data, reports, and internal records using spreadsheets and systems

Ensure accuracy, organization, and confidentiality in all HR tasks

Collaborate with internal teams to support employee-related processes

Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Use Excel and Google Sheets to organize, update, and analyze information

Qualified candidates should have prior experience in an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator role, strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, and exceptional attention to detail. Bilingual communication skills are highly valued, along with the ability to adapt quickly and contribute effectively in a dynamic work environment.
