About the Role:
Our client, a leading finance firm on the Westside in Los Angeles, is seeking a Facilities Assistant—an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team that values proactive, hands-on individuals who take initiative and go above and beyond. The firm recognizes and appreciates those who are willing to roll up their sleeves and contribute wherever needed.
In this role, you’ll serve as the face of the workplace experience, supporting day-to-day operations including hospitality, catering, meeting coordination, and overall office upkeep. You’ll play a key role in creating a polished, welcoming, and seamless environment for both employees and guests.
What You’ll Do:
Keep pantries, conference rooms & common areas organized and guest-ready
Support catering setups, breakdowns & meeting room resets
Partner with Executive Assistants on meeting logistics (Outlook/Teams)
Restock snacks, beverages & kitchen supplies
Flag facility issues and support office needs as they arise
Help track inventory and ensure spaces are always fully stocked & organized
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 2+ years in hospitality, facilities, or similar service role preferred
✔️ Strong attention to detail & customer service mindset
✔️ Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook & Teams
✔️ Team player with a “jump in and help” attitude
✔️ Cleaning or office support experience a plus
