Position Overview
The Strategy & Transformation Analyst will support global geo-expansion and enterprise transformation initiatives by enabling scalable, compliant, and operationally efficient market launches. This role partners cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, IT, and Benefits teams to drive governance, execution, and data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability, program execution discipline, and stakeholder management expertise to support expansion into new geographies while aligning with enterprise strategy and governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Transformation
Support planning and execution of global expansion and transformation programs
Assist in developing scalable frameworks and governance models for new market entry
Partner with leadership to define business cases, success metrics, and strategic outcomes
Program Management & Operational Readiness
Coordinate operational readiness across HR, Payroll, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Benefits
Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall program health
Support development of project roadmaps, execution plans, and governance structures
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure timely follow-ups
Data, Reporting & Insights
Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs
Analyze operational and program data to generate actionable insights
Deliver regular updates, executive reports, and performance reviews
Conduct forecasting, scenario planning, and impact analysis
Process Optimization & Transformation
Identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and compliance
Develop standardized tools, templates, and frameworks
Recommend automation and technology-driven improvements
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders across functions
Act as a liaison between business leaders and program teams
Prepare executive-level presentations and communications
Drive alignment and ensure smooth execution across teams
Governance & Compliance
Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and compliance standards
Support steering committees and governance forums
Track and document risks, decisions, and program outcomes
Required Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, or Transformation
Hands-on experience in project/program management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with dashboards, reporting, and KPI tracking
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in cross-functional and global environments
