Structural Steel Fabricator
Why This Role Matters:
Join a well-established and rapidly expanding structural steel fabricator and erector based in the Metro Atlanta area. With major new contracts secured and a significant facility expansion on the horizon, we are looking to strengthen our project management team with talented professionals ready to take on high-impact roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Tasks:
Manage structural steel projects from kick-off through fabrication and installation
Coordinate with internal shop teams, subcontract detailers, and field installation crews
Review drawings, process RFIs, and ensure project readiness
Track schedules, communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
Conduct occasional site visits (typically monthly)
Maintain project documentation, status updates, and workflow alignment
Support junior team members and contribute to a strong, collaborative culture

Ideal Candidate Profile:
4+ years of structural steel project management (or Project Coordinator → PM progression)
Confident handling large-scale RFIs, drawings, fabrication workflows, and install sequencing
Strong communicator who enjoys cross-department collaboration
Comfortable in an office-based role with limited travel
Proactive, team-first mindset — thrives in a growing, youthful environment.
The Company & Role:
$100,000 - $130,000 base salary depending on experience
