Piper Maddox is partnered with a leading organization in the renewable fuels space seeking a
Program Engineer
to help support and manage their innovation portfolio while driving execution across multiple R&D programs.
The ideal candidate has a combination of program management, process engineering, and project management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and enhance process and financial models to help shape R&D strategy and optimize resource deployment.
Lead project and program management across multiple initiatives, ensuring milestones, KPIs, timelines, and stakeholder communication stay on track.
Serve as a key link between innovation, the project management office, process engineering, and cross-functional teams.
Assist in establishing and maintaining strong external partnerships and collaborative relationships.
Assess and improve current existing models (experience with tools such as Aspen Plus, PRO II, and/or HYSYS)
Deliver insights and reporting to support oversight of a portfolio of scientists and ongoing projects.
Qualifications:
5–10+ years in process development / process engineering.
Experience across agricultural processing, chemicals, refining, or biofuels.
Strong project/program management capability and ability to analyze process/financial models.
