Procurement Intern (Charlotte)

We're looking for a Procurement Intern to join our summer cohort in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:
Work with the managers of both the Direct and Indirect Procurement teams
Create purchase orders
Respond to inquiries related to certificates of analysis and safety data sheets
Perform supplier set-up
Track and monitor purchase requisitions
Assist with related tasks as directed

Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field
Recent graduates will be considered
Basic understanding or strong interest in procurement and supply chain process
Comfortable working with Excel (formulas, basic pivot tables, data organization)
Able to handle administrative and transactional tasks with attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Organized, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of SAP is helpful but not required
Prior related internships preferred
Basic understanding of direct and indirect purchasing processes useful
