About the Role
We’re partnering with a well-established construction company seeking a
Senior Project Manager / Estimator
to lead heavy civil and general construction projects from bid through completion.
This is a
high-impact, hands-on leadership role
for someone who thrives owning projects end to end, driving results in the field, and building strong relationships with clients and teams.

What You’ll Do
Lead projects from pre-construction through closeout including budget, schedule, and execution
Prepare and manage detailed estimates based on plans, specifications, and subcontractor input
Track project costs, forecasts, and approve invoices
Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders
Maintain strong communication with clients and job site teams
Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, EPA, and environmental standards
Drive accountability, performance, and successful project delivery
What We’re Looking For
20 plus years of experience in heavy civil or general construction
Proven experience managing projects from start to finish
Estimating experience strongly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with strong follow through
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
