
Human Resources Payroll Specialist (Murfreesboro)

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client located just outside of Murfreesboro to recruit and hire a Full-Time
HR/Payroll Specialist .
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time
Prepare payroll reports (monthly, quarterly, year-end)
Maintain payroll data, including wages, deductions, taxes, and benefits
Handle garnishments, reimbursements, and benefit deductions
Support audits and ensure compliance with payroll regulations
Monitor timekeeping records and PTO balances for accuracy
Work closely with HR and Accounting to ensure accurate, timely payroll and compliance.
Respond to employee payroll inquiries
Support other departments and areas as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of payroll experience
Experience with payroll systems and excel
Experience with audits and year-end reporting (W-2s, 1099s)
Manufacturing industry background preferred
