Seeking a Procurement & Inventory Manager to support purchasing operations and inventory management. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement of materials, accurate inventory tracking, and efficient supplier coordination, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day purchasing activities, including purchase orders and vendor communications
Support inventory control, tracking, and reconciliation
Monitor stock levels and assist with demand planning
Coordinate with internal departments to support operational needs
Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records within Microsoft Business Central
Assist with vendor performance tracking and issue resolution
Qualifications
Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support roles
Inventory management experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP system)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Manufacturing or distribution environment experience
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Familiarity with vendor negotiations and cost control
