
Dispatcher (Tyngsborough)

We are partnered with a large, stable environmental services organization supporting residential, commercial customers across Massachusetts. The Dispatcher role is a fully onsite, in Tyngsborough, MA or Haverhill, MA and is an operations‑critical position responsible for dispatching, coordinating, and monitoring daily driver routes to ensure safe, on‑time, and high‑quality service delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with dispatch, logistics, transportation, police dispatch, or fast‑paced customer service experience who want hands‑on operational responsibility and a clear path into future leadership.
Day to Day Overview:
Dispatch and coordinate daily routes for drivers, trucks, and containers
Monitor drivers throughout the day to ensure routes stay on schedule
Maintain constant communication with drivers to resolve issues in real time
Respond to missed pickups and adjust routing to meet customer commitments
Oversee specific client types (residential, commercial, or roll‑off) depending on assignment
Plan and adjust logistics based on daily demand, service changes, and operational constraints
Ensure all routes are closed accurately and on time
Proactively identify and resolve route inefficiencies or safety concerns
Serve as a key customer service liaison when service issues arise
Collaborate closely with Operations leadership to optimize productivity and capacity
Required Background
Ability to coordinate people, schedules, routes, or time‑critical workflows
Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through
Locations & Schedules
Full-time, 40 hours weekly Onsite – No Remote Option**
Tyngsborough, MA (3 openings):
• Start times: 3:00am, 5:00am, or 8:30am
• Average 8–9 hour workdays
Haverhill, MA (1 opening):
• Start time between 8:30–9:30am
Compensation & Benefits
$50,000–$60,000 base salary (depending on experience)
