Waste Connections - - Responsibilities: Schedule and dispatch work to various employees and departments throughout the day; Analyze and resolve customer inquiries for missed pick-ups, misplaced containers and property damage; Assist drivers when a pick up or delivery is in question before servicing; Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer disputes & demonstrate proficiency in proprietary systems; Demonstrate effective use of MS Word and Excel in daily tasks
