Key Responsibilities:
Leasing & Deal Execution
Identify and engage prospective tenants for industrial properties
Conduct property tours and effectively showcase available space
Negotiate lease terms to drive mutually beneficial agreements
Tenant Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants
Act as a point of contact to address needs and ensure a positive experience
Support tenant retention initiatives across the portfolio
Business Development
Network within the market to uncover new leasing opportunities
Partner with leadership to drive occupancy and portfolio growth
Develop strategies to attract and secure new tenants
Market Intelligence
Monitor market trends, comps, and competitor activity
Provide insights to leadership on pricing and leasing strategy
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Sales, leasing, or property management experience preferred
Highly motivated with a proactive, business development mindset
Ability to work both independently and within a team
No real estate license required
