We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead and deliver complex infrastructure projects across our organization. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT and/or physical infrastructure projects, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to drive results in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, including network, cloud, data center, and/or systems implementations
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Track project performance and provide regular status updates to leadership
Manage vendor relationships and third-party deliverables
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and standards
Required Qualifications
5–10 years of experience managing infrastructure-related projects
Proven track record delivering complex IT or infrastructure initiatives
Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies (e.g., networking, servers, cloud platforms, data centers)
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, or Agile/Scrum certification
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and modern deployment practices
Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments
