Executive Assistant to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

A leading global hedge fund is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support its Chief Human Resources Officer. This is a high-impact role at the center of a fast-paced, dynamic organization, offering significant exposure to senior leadership and strong potential for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the CHRO, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Act as a gatekeeper and strategic partner, prioritizing competing demands and ensuring efficient time management
Prepare materials for meetings, including presentations, reports, and briefing documents
Coordinate internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion
Support HR leadership initiatives, projects, and events as needed
Maintain strict confidentiality across sensitive personnel and organizational matters
Qualifications
2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in financial services or a fast-paced corporate environment
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate with a sense of urgency
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
