We’re hiring a
Senior Project Manager
to lead complex, high-value construction projects from start to finish. You’ll own the budget, drive the schedule, manage the team, and be the face of the project to the client.
This is not a sit-back role — this is for someone who wants control, responsibility, and the ability to actually impact outcomes.
What You’ll Own
Manage 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $20-35M+ annually.
Full financial performance and profitability
Client relationships and communication
Project teams (PMs, engineers, supers, subs)
Schedules, change orders, and execution
What You Bring
10+ years running construction projects
Experience owning large budgets and delivering results
Strong leadership — you can push a job forward, not just manage it
Comfortable in fast-moving, high-pressure environments
Ability to capture change orders
Procore / MS Project (or similar tools)
