We’re partnered with a $100M design build general contractor in the Chicago market looking to bring on a
Senior Superintendent
to lead a
$20M ground up medical project in Deerfield . This is a well established, highly respected firm known for delivering complex healthcare and commercial projects, with a strong pipeline of repeat clients and upcoming work already secured.
The Role Lead field operations on a $20M ground up medical facility from start to completion Manage and coordinate all onsite construction activities, subcontractors, and schedules Drive project safety, quality, and schedule performance Work closely with the Project Manager and ownership team to ensure successful delivery Oversee site logistics, inspections, and daily reporting Mentor junior field staff as the project team grows
What They’re Looking For 10+ years of construction experience with a GC or design build firm Proven experience leading
ground up projects ($10M+) Healthcare or medical project experience strongly preferred Strong leadership presence on site and ability to run projects autonomously Experience working in active or highly regulated environments is a plus
What’s On Offer Base salary: $140k – $170k
(depending on experience) Bonus: 15–25% $1,000/month vehicle allowance Full health insurance (often including family coverage) 401k + company match PTO + flexibility Long term pipeline of local work (no travel)
