• Supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, shipping)
• Set production goals, manage staffing, and track performance
• Utilize WMS data to monitor operations and resolve issues
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Drive safety initiatives and maintain compliance standards
• Monitor quality metrics and implement process improvements
What You Bring
• 2+ years of warehouse or distribution supervisory experience
• Experience with WMS and high-volume operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in
cold storage environments (coolers/freezers)
• Detail-oriented with a focus on productivity and safety
