We are seeking a
Merchandising Buyer II
to support Equipment & Accessories for Factory Store retail operations.
This role focuses on
data-driven merchandising, inventory management, pricing strategy, and in-season execution
to drive business performance. The ideal candidate is
consumer-focused , thrives in a
fast-paced retail environment , and can translate
analytics into actionable merchandising decisions .
You will work closely with
Planning, Allocation, and Merchandising teams , leveraging
sales data, inventory insights, and consumer trends
to optimize assortments and drive revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Translate
merchandising strategy into in-season and future assortment execution
• Analyze
sales, inventory, and consumer behavior data
to drive business decisions
• Manage
pricing, promotions, and inventory optimization strategies
• Support
seasonal assortment planning and quarterly buy reviews
• Execute
in-season trading actions
to optimize sales and inventory performance
• Track and improve key
retail KPIs (sell-through, ASP, UPT, inventory turns)
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align
business strategy with execution
• Manage and maintain
healthy, revenue-driving product portfolios
• Identify trends and opportunities based on
historical data and market insights
• Contribute to
growth strategies based on consumer demand and retail trends
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

• Merchandising & Buying Teams
• Retail Operations Teams
• Business Analytics & Reporting Teams
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of experience in
Merchandising, Buying, or Retail Planning
• Strong experience with
data analysis and large datasets
• Solid understanding of
retail math (sell-through, stock-to-sales, ASP, UPT, turns)
• Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, data analysis)
• Ability to translate
data into actionable merchandising decisions
• Strong understanding of
retail environment and consumer behavior
• Bachelor’s degree in
Merchandising, Business, Fashion, or related field (preferred)
TOP SKILLS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
• Merchandising / Buying with strong
data analytics focus
• Advanced
Excel skills (large datasets, analysis)
• Strong understanding of
retail KPIs and retail math
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS
• Experience in
retail merchandising, consumer products, or apparel/equipment
• Passion for
sports, athletes, and consumer trends
• Familiarity with
fashion trends, blogs, and market insights
• Experience growing business through
trend-driven merchandising strategies
• Exposure to internal merchandising tools (e.g., assortment planning systems)
