Global Program Manager (GPM)

to lead complex, cross-functional programs supporting high-profile clients and international operations. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of advanced manufacturing, global supply chains, and executive stakeholder engagement.

About the Role
The

Global Program Manager

will own the end-to-end execution of strategic, global programs—ensuring alignment across internal teams, external partners, and executive stakeholders. This role requires a leader who can drive operational excellence, manage ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

The GPM serves as a key point of coordination between U.S.-based teams, Taiwan headquarters, and international manufacturing sites, ensuring program objectives are met with precision, transparency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with functional leaders to design and execute integrated, cross-functional program plans aligned with overall strategy
Drive alignment, accountability, and execution excellence across engineering, operations, procurement, and supply chain teams
Manage day-to-day program operations, ensuring milestones, budgets, and timelines are achieved
Act as the primary liaison with Taiwan headquarters and external clients; lead meetings and proactively resolve issues
Provide regular, data-driven updates to executive leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities
Anticipate potential delays and develop proactive risk mitigation and contingency plans
Lead risk management, change management, and scenario planning efforts
Drive annual WPT goals and contribute to long-term Global Product Strategy
Document decisions, action items, and outcomes from key meetings
Coordinate with external partners, suppliers, and strategic alliances
Travel regularly to international manufacturing locations, including Guadalajara

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (required)
PMP certification preferred
7–10 years of program or project management experience in a global, cross-functional environment
Bilingual fluency in

English and Mandarin

(required);

Spanish a plus
Strongly preferred background in

high-tech contract manufacturing
Management consulting experience highly desirable
Minimum 5 years of experience working with or supporting corporate procurement functions
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to create executive-level narratives and insights
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels, including executives and external clients
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Comfortable working across time zones and global teams
Willingness to travel approximately

Compensation & Classification
Salary Range:

$110,000 – $140,000 annually
