Monday to Friday - 8-hour shift
We are seeking a
Call Center Representative
who is comfortable handling a high volume of calls and delivering excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone with call center experience or who enjoys working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and assist customers with account-related inquiries
Provide clear and professional solutions to customer concerns
Research and resolve issues efficiently
Document customer interactions in internal systems
Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers
Maintain a high level of professionalism on every call
Requirements:
High school diploma required
Must be able and willing to work fully
on-site in Blue Ash, OH
Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with multiple systems
Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday
