Qualifications
1+ year of call center or customer service experience
Experience handling
high-volume inbound calls
Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
Comfort working with account information and following procedures
Banking, financial services, or regulated industry experience is a plus
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
preferred , not required
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls to support customers with account-related inquiries
Provide accurate, professional, and timely service
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues
Document all interactions clearly and accurately
Meet individual and team performance metrics
Work with a well-known financial institution
Structured training and ongoing support
Fast-paced, team-oriented call center environment
