Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced professional to oversee maintenance operations and infrastructure performance across critical facilities and large-scale data centers. This role ensures reliability, compliance, and optimal performance of electrical, mechanical, and facility systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee electrical infrastructure, HVAC, plumbing, and facility operations
Lead day-to-day data center maintenance and operations teams
Serve as SME for high-voltage systems, UPS, generators, and switchgear
Ensure compliance with safety standards (NFPA, OSHA, NEC, CIP)
Handle preventive and corrective maintenance programs
Support infrastructure upgrades, vendor coordination, and capital projects
Respond to emergencies and manage incident resolution
Maintain documentation (SOPs, MOPs) and track performance metrics
Required Experience:
8+ years in facilities maintenance
3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong experience in data centers or mission-critical environments
Expertise in electrical distribution systems and power redundancy
Experience with CMMS tools
Required Qualifications:
Valid
Texas Master Electrician License
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and building infrastructure
Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
Experience with BMS, dcTrack, or similar tools
Knowledge of HVAC/BAS and fire safety systems
PMP, NICET, LEED, or similar certifications
