
Field Operations Specialist (Los Angeles)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Hiring reliable Field Operations Associates to support a fast‑paced product research project throughout Los Angeles. Shift: 5 days per week (will include weekends) Hours: 8-6p*must be flexible Duration: Full time commitment from April to September. Overview: In this role, you will assist with the coordination and secure transfer of research materials between designated locations and a central office, helping to ensure smooth daily operations. Strong reliability and full‑time availability required - will be scheduled for 5 days including weekends. Use of your personal vehicle is required for this role, mileage/travel will be reimbursed. About the team: This team operates within a highly collaborative, performance‑driven environment that emphasizes clear communication and shared accountability for delivering consistent, high‑quality results.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Prior Experience
• Strong Interpersonal Background (Ex: customer service, retail, operations support, field services, logistics, hospitality, or other client‑facing or operational roles)
Travel Requirements:
• Ability to move between designated locations as needed • Personal vehicle & valid drivers license required to interview
Shift Requirements:
• Willingness to provide coverage or support on short notice when operational needs arise
• Flexibility to support a dynamic schedule across 7 days per week (will be scheduled for 5 full‑time days)
Education: • HS Diploma Required
Additional: • Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism • Comfort supporting operational and research‑related workflows
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Education: B.S./B.A. or M.S./M.A. in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Human Factors, Psychology, Communications or similar fields
• Experience: Prior experience with user research/usability studies, market research preferred
