Senior Supply Chain Analyst
who thrives at the intersection of data, operations, and execution.
This is not a narrow reporting role. It’s a
force-multiplier position
with broad scope, executive visibility, and the chance to help shape how a scaling organization runs its supply chain—from factory floor to final delivery.

What You’ll Do
Manufacturing & Contract Manufacturing
Analyze BOMs, material costs, and build configurations across multiple product lines
Track and explain PPV, spot buys, and key cost drivers
Support build planning, MOQ analysis, and capacity alignment with CMs
Maintain visibility into build status, material readiness, and operational risk
Create standardized reporting for CM performance, yield, and cost trends
Logistics & Cold-Chain Analytics
Analyze shipment data across lanes, carriers, and regions (outbound + returns)
Support cold-chain performance analysis (time, temperature, exceptions, loss)
Track shipping costs, transit times, and carrier performance
Identify opportunities to reduce cost and variability without sacrificing service
Inventory & Demand Planning
Monitor inventory across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
Support demand forecasting inputs and supply planning assumptions
Identify excess, obsolete, or constrained inventory risks
Help establish inventory policies, reorder logic, and planning cadence
Cost, Sourcing & Supplier Performance
Build and maintain supplier cost models and spend visibility
Track supplier performance (cost, delivery, responsiveness)
Support sourcing decisions with data-driven insights
Assist negotiations through fact-based analysis

Leadership has
clear, trusted visibility
into cost, inventory, and operational drivers
Manufacturing and logistics decisions are backed by
repeatable, structured analysis
PPV, inventory exposure, and shipping costs are well understood and actively managed
Core supply chain reporting is
simplified, standardized, and actionable
You’re operating like an
owner , positioning yourself for future leadership growth
What We’re Looking For
5–8+ years in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or logistics analytics
Strong experience supporting
technology hardware products
(BOMs, materials, builds)
Hands-on experience with contract manufacturers and external suppliers
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (models, pivots, structured analysis)
Experience with build planning, inventory management, and cost control
Comfortable in fast-moving, growth-stage environments
Strong communicator across technical and non-technical teams
ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
Background in hardware, electronics, or electromechanical products
Willing to travel internationally up to ~15%
Ability to work
hybrid in Westlake Village, CA
Nice to Have
SQL, BI tools, or data automation experience
Prior experience helping scale supply chain processes
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$85,000 – $135,000
Final compensation based on experience, skill set, role level, and location
Comprehensive benefits may include health coverage and other offerings typical of a growth-stage company
