Saturdays – 6 am to 12 pm or 7 am to 1 pm (flexibility)
Hourly Rate Range: $40-$43 an hour plus 4% bonus
Position Summary
Maintain site manufacturing facilities and operations to ensure safety and operational excellence by coordinating preventative maintenance (PM) programs and supporting utilities, site and infrastructure services. This role focuses on day-to-day facilities coordination, vendor/third party management, and ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities Operations & Maintenance
Maintain plant and facility conditions to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
Oversee day to day upkeep, organization and condition of manufacturing buildings, external warehouses, grounds and supporting infrastructure to ensure clean and safe facilities.
Implement and coordinate corrective and preventative maintenance (PM) plans to support all facilities, grounds, and major systems
Conduct regular inspections of facilities, grounds, and equipment to ensure high standards of safety and cleanliness are maintained
Proactively monitor facility conditions and identify any maintenance reliability or infrastructure risks.
Make minor repairs and coordinate larger repair efforts with external/third party vendors
Supervise and participate in general cleaning, maintenance, and repair of facilities, vehicles, and equipment
Project & Vendor Coordination
Oversee facility-related projects and coordinate third-party vendors as needed
Serve as liaison between facility leadership and subcontractors providing maintenance and repair services
Schedule and oversee vendor work, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness
Safety, Compliance & Environmental Support
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Ensure custodial and maintenance activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations regarding handling and disposal of waste and hazardous materials
Collaborate with EHS to address safety concerns, corrective actions, and ongoing compliance requirements
Grounds & Site Services
Coordinate and participate in seasonal groundskeeping activities, including landscaping, lawn maintenance, and snow/ice removal
Support facility services such as waste management, utilities, and general site upkeep
Assist in managing fleet vehicles and equipment, including scheduling maintenance and inspections
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required (technical or trade certification preferred)
5+ years of experience in facilities coordination, maintenance, or a related role
Working knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and facility operations
Experience coordinating third party vendors, contractors, and maintenance activities
Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental compliance standards
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
