A community in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs across common areas and amenities. This role supports daily operations through carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC support, pool maintenance, and general facility upkeep.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to lift 50lbs following appropriate safety procedures.

Work in an upright standing position for extended periods.

Crawl in small and tight spaces.

Ability to work in different environmental conditions such as heat, cold, wind, and rain.

Ability to navigate property/buildings quickly and easily.

Ability to repeat various motions with wrists, hands, and fingers.

Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms.

Possession of a valid Florida Driver's License may be required.

Ability to climb ladders and work at heights above ground level.

Work Environment
Work will be divided between indoor and outdoor environments, with exposure to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, and rain. The proportion of indoor to outdoor work may fluctuate based on project requirements.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Melbourne, FL.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
