Position Title: Central Operations – Administrative Support
Location: Cohoes, NY 12047
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Contract Duration: 12 Months

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our fast-paced Central Operations Team. This role provides critical administrative support to multiple advisor teams and ensures smooth day-to-day operations while handling confidential information with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and edit confidential correspondence and client documentation.
Scan, organize, manage, and archive documents across multiple systems.
Prepare travel expense reports and billing allocation reports.
Process and handle time-sensitive quarterly client tax payments.
Support advisor teams with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Maintain high levels of accuracy, organization, and efficiency in all assigned duties.
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
