Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized
Office Coordinator
to support and coordinate daily office operations, project activities, and administrative functions. This role is responsible for maintaining efficient workflows, supporting reporting and documentation needs, and ensuring smooth communication across internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain systems for managing daily office routines and workflows
Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate projects and operational tasks
Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting documentation
Communicate and liaise with external business units and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate records, files, and data management systems
Track work-in-progress and support operational assignments
Assist as an active team member in day-to-day office operations
Coordinate special projects and ensure timely completion
Analyze information and recommend process improvements
Attend meetings, document key points, and distribute information
Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts
May take on basic supervisory or managerial responsibilities as needed
Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organization, planning, and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Comfortable learning and using multiple software systems
Experience with data and document management
Familiarity with office equipment and basic administrative tools
General understanding of corporate policies and procedures
Education & Experience
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
College degree or relevant training preferred
0–2 years of related experience required
