Position Overview
The Client Service Specialist will provide high-level support to clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless account management and exceptional service delivery. This role involves handling client onboarding, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with investment-related inquiries. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with advisors and custodial partners to meet client needs. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
Manage client onboarding processes, ensuring all forms and documentation are accurately completed and submitted
Maintain and update client records in accordance with compliance standards
Assist clients with inquiries related to investments, account maintenance, and service requests
Coordinate with custodial platforms to process transactions and resolve account issues
Support advisors in preparing reports, presentations, and client communications
Ensure timely and accurate execution of client instructions and follow-up activities

Required Experience/Skills
3+ years of relevant work experience in wealth management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of investments, including stocks, bonds, ETFs, and mutual funds
Familiarity with custodial platforms (Fidelity experience preferred)
Knowledge of charitable giving, IRA rules, and 529 plans

Preferred Experience/Skills
5+ years of relevant work experience in wealth management
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and related tools
Experience with client onboarding and custodial platform navigation
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with compliance requirements in financial services

Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Coursework or certifications in investments or financial planning a plus
Continuing education in wealth management or financial services encouraged
Additional industry certifications (e.g., Series 7, Series 66) considered a plus
