What You'll Do
Manage facility collections, including private pay, copays, and share of cost
Work directly with residents and families to collect payments and answer billing questions
Set up and monitor payment plans when needed
Ensure insurance information is accurate and updated in a timely manner
Support new admissions by verifying insurance coverage and eligibility
Communicate clearly about billing timelines to avoid surprises for residents
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records

What You Bring
At least 1 year of business office or collections experience (healthcare setting preferred)
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, and Hospice billing
Experience with accounts payable/receivable is a plus
Familiarity with PointClickCare is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset
