Jenkins Plumbing Company, LC is seeking a reliable and motivated Top-Out Supervisor to support and lead residential plumbing top-out operations. This role is responsible for helping coordinate crews, maintain schedules, and ensure quality work is completed efficiently and on time.
Position Summary
The Top-Out Supervisor assists with overseeing daily top-out plumbing activities on assigned residential projects. This role requires strong communication, the ability to stay organized in the field, and a willingness to lead and support a team.
Key Responsibilities
Support and oversee top-out plumbing crews on residential job sites
Help coordinate daily work activities to meet project timelines
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing drawings
Ensure work is completed safely and meets company standards
Assist with tracking materials and communicating needs with the team
Perform job site walkthroughs to ensure quality and progress
Support training and development of crew members
Follow and enforce company safety policies and procedures
Communicate progress, challenges, and needs to management
Qualifications
Plumbing experience preferred, but all candidates will be considered
Must be able to read and comprehend blueprints
Strong work ethic and ability to lead by example
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Schedule
Full-time. Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
