Jenkins Plumbing Company, LC is seeking a dependable and motivated Top-Out Technician to support residential plumbing top-out operations. This role is hands‑on and focused on assisting with installations, maintaining job site efficiency, and ensuring quality work is completed on schedule.
Position Summary
The Top‑Out Technician works alongside the plumbing team to complete top‑out phase installations on residential projects. This role requires the ability to follow direction, stay organized, and contribute to a productive and efficient job site.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with top‑out plumbing installations on residential job sites
Follow blueprints, specifications, and plumbing drawings
Measure, cut, and install piping and plumbing components as directed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support the crew in meeting daily production goals and timelines
Identify and communicate any issues or material needs to supervisors
Ensure all work meets company standards and job site expectations
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
Plumbing experience preferred, but all candidates will be considered
Must be able to read and comprehend blueprints
Ability to use basic plumbing tools and equipment
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Dependable and able to work well with a team
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Schedule
Full‑time
Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime as needed
