We are hiring a detail-driven
Quality Receiver
to support post-market investigations for FDA-regulated medical devices. This contract role is ideal for candidates with
receiving, inspection, or quality experience
who thrive in a structured, compliance-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, unpack, and process returned medical devices safely
Review
Device History Records (DHRs)
and lot acceptance data for quality compliance
Perform data entry and maintain accurate quality documentation
Support
post-market investigations
and quality system activities
Maintain a clean, organized lab environment following safety protocols
Assist with
internal audits
and audit readiness efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support lab and quality operations
Adapt to changing priorities and support additional quality tasks as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2+ years of experience in
receiving, material handling, inspection, or quality roles
Experience in
regulated environments (medical device, pharma, lab)
preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel experience a plus)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Physical Requirements
Combination of sitting and standing throughout the shift
Frequent light lifting; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
Ability to use basic hand tools and work in a lab setting
