The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour,
depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Position Overview
The QC Receiver plays a key role in supporting incoming material inspection and quality operations. This position is responsible for receiving, documenting, and performing initial quality checks on incoming materials to ensure they meet established specifications and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming materials, components, and products for quality and accuracy
Verify shipments against purchase orders and documentation
Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks per established procedures
Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records
Identify and escalate any non-conforming materials to the Quality team
Support inventory control and material handling processes
Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth material flow
Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a quality, warehouse, or receiving role
Experience working in a regulated environment (medical device, biotech, or similar) preferred
Familiarity with inspection processes and documentation practices
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
Comfortable using basic computer systems for data entry and tracking
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred Experience
Experience with ERP systems (such as Workday, SAP, or similar)
Prior experience supporting quality or inspection teams
Understanding of GMP or ISO quality standards
