Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $29 - $33 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Contract (May 11, 2026 - August 8, 2026 with the possibility to extend)

Position Overview

The Complaint Determination Associate will work under the guidance of the Complaint Determination Team Lead within Global Product Monitoring. This role is responsible for executing complaint determination activities to ensure inquiry records are accurately assessed and classified in alignment with global regulatory requirements. This individual will complete all aspects of the complaint determination process while adhering to established procedures and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review inquiry records to determine if they meet the definition of a medical device complaint
Assign appropriate categories to complaint and non-complaint cases to support downstream processing, trending, and reporting
Reassess inquiry records as new or additional information becomes available
Execute complaint determination processes in accordance with global regulations and internal procedures
Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant documentation
Support additional complaint handling activities as required
Required Qualifications

Experience in complaint handling, complaint evaluation, or quality within a regulated industry preferred
Working knowledge of QSR and/or ISO 13485 preferred
Familiarity with medical device complaint handling processes is a plus
Experience with TrackWise and/or Salesforce CRM preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to make consistent, accurate decisions
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Additional Information

Travel is estimated at less than 5%, depending on business needs
