Starting Wage: $20/hr

Rental associatesare responsible forgenerating sales through world-class guestservice,assistingcustomers with rentalequipmentandprovidingour guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience.

Job Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops

Fit guests with equipment -we'lltrain you!

Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return options

Work together with teammates to maintain safety standard

May include other duties such as cashiering, retail sales

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights,holidaysand weekends

Commitment to exceptional Customer Service

Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry

Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods

Must be able to communicate fluently in English
