Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 3 to 5 software developers
Guide the design and development of complex business-critical applications
Provide technical leadership to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and resilient
Work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to align technology with business goals
Review architecture, code quality, and technical standards across the team
Oversee full project lifecycles from planning through delivery and optimization
Support professional development and performance growth of team members
Ensure engineering best practices, documentation, and delivery standards are followed
Participate in technical decision-making and solution design at a senior level
Contribute hands-on to development when needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience leading or managing software development teams
Experience managing full software project lifecycles in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of system architecture, scalable application design, and Agile delivery
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site corporate environment
