The job duties for the position include but are not limited to the following: Under the direction of engg staff, executing tech inspections in the production process of the aircraft in the context of the authorization of manufacturer operation. Preparing & performing visual, incoming, first article, final inspections during aircraft manufacture for compliance w/ design specs, customers & certification requirements. Documenting the tech inspections performed in the production orders SAP-based & the relevant SAP-based IT systems by inspection marks & completing other aircraft documents & preparing first article inspection reports. Supporting troubleshooting & participating in Quality Survey requests. Job reqs 3 yrs in any job title involving exp in aviation including quality inspection dealing w/ large aircraft structures including fuselages.
